Salted & Baked Pumpkin Seeds


After we finish carving our pumpkins one of my favorite traditions is baking pumpkin seeds!

Here is the Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp Butter (Melted)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic salt

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 300 (or 350 depending on how crunchy you want your seeds)
Clean pumpkin seeds in a strainer till most of the orange coating is gone.

Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes-1 hour or until golden brown.
